Dette er like viktig (om ikke viktigere) enn den eksterne lanseringen. De ansatte er de viktigste ambassad\u00f8rene, og er i veldig stor grad med p\u00e5 \u00e5 forme merkevaren. Det er derfor viktig at alle er med.<\/p>\n<p>Er det usikkerhet internt blir det usikkerhet eksternt.<\/p>\n<p>Klarer man alts\u00e5 ikke \u00e5 f\u00e5 de ansatte med p\u00e5 laget, risikerer man \u00e5 devaluere merkevaren \u2013 uansett hvor mye tid og krefter som var lagt inn i utviklingen av strategi og design.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekstern lansering<\/strong><br \/>\nHvordan man lanserer merkevaren eksternt vil i stor grad v\u00e6re avhengig av den strategiske \u00e5rsaken til rebrandingen. Denne artikkelen vil gi eksempler p\u00e5 flere tiln\u00e6rminger, men til syvende og sist skal lanseringen av merkevaren til markedet reflektere hvorfor man valgte \u00e5 rebrande i utgangspunktet.<\/p>\n<p>I l\u00f8pet av \u00e5rene har vi erfart at implementering kan (og b\u00f8r) h\u00e5ndteres forskjellig ut i fra st\u00f8rrelsen, m\u00e5lene og ambisjonene til selskapet. Den h\u00f8ye graden av byr\u00e5krati og andre prosesser senker ofte farten p\u00e5 slike prosjekter. P\u00e5 grunn av dette b\u00f8rimplementeringsprosessen starte med eierskap og prosjektstyring. Det \u00e5 ha et eget team med eksperter fra ulike disipliner som jobber sammen for \u00e5 skape en integrert merkevarelansering er gull verdt! Men, hvis man har et kjerneteam der prosjektledelse og ansvar ikke er tildelt, vil ingen ting skje. Bokstavelig talt. Ingenting.
